My Campaign Says “Error”!
Don’t worry! This is probably because of a severely faulty email list (high bounce-rate, a lot of blacklisted emails etc) that ProfitSend wasn’t able to automatically clean during the upload. Please contact us HERE at new so we can check out your account and fix this issue for you as soon as possible! This can also happen if the IP has been blacklisted anywhere. If that is the case, don’t worry! Our team has already been notified and they’re currently changing your server’s IP as you’re reading this :)[/text_block]
Subscriber List Isn’t Uploading!
In some cases and depending on the browser you use (we recommend Chrome), the subscribers list may look like it’s stuck. Once you upload a list into ProfitSend, you can leave the page and come back later as the uploading will keep on going.
As such, if it looks like it’s blocked, the process was probably slowed depending on how many lists are being uploaded at the same time or by our list-cleaning process.[/text_block]
Request Denied/API Throttled!
This may show up if you’re trying to connect your Instagram account or while using it. Don’t worry! Just contact our support desk HERE and we’ll get that solved for you ASAP.
Instagram limits account requests to 200/hour but ProfitSend doesn’t, so if you’ll get hit by that limit our support team is ready to bypass it for you![/text_block]

We don’t have a set Commercial/Developers license as we do not like to restrict our buyers (all of our products are and will be UNLIMITED). You have the commercial license and you can start selling ProfitSend features as a service, or promote your own offer through ProfitSend/any other type of profit you can think of using ProfitSend!
