Nameservers Details

You need to add below nameserver details at your domain registrar (From where you have purchased your domain)

ns1.theprofithub.co

ns2.theprofithub.co

How to Add More Domain in Account

I registered with the wrong main domain! Help!

Since it’s the master domain, you and us can’t change that for security reasons, so we have two options:

1. Create a Secondary domain with your desired account (and you’ll keep the wrong domain ONLY as your login domain)

2. We delete the account and redo it from scratch with your desired domain (in which case, please give me the main domain you want to use) (contact us for this)

Please be aware that the master domain doesn’t actually mean anything; if it isn’t linked to ProfitHub, it won’t hurt your account or cause any problems, it will just be used for logging in!

I'm not receiving the activation email!

Don't worry! You should have all of your information on your initial registration page at https://theprofithub.co/activation.php. If not, simply go here:

https://theprofithub.co:2443/siteworx and fill in the details with your email, the password you've used to create your account as well as your main domain!

I want to receive emails from my ProfitHub email on a 3-rd party service (i.e Outlook, Gmail)

You can do that! You can use your ProfitHub email as your main business email. To tie it to any service, please find the information you need below (apart from your email and its password):

OutLook Settings

Host: theprofithub.co

imap (143)     imaps (993)

pop3 (110)     pop3s (995)

SMTP Port:    25 / 465

I want to test ProfitHub's servers by creating a temporary URL

That's also possible, but unfortunately currently only with WordPress. Please find the link here on how to do that - https://www.fastcomet.com/kb/how-to-access-wordpress-installation-with-a-temporary-url

My website won't redirect to HTTPS!

If you have an HTML website (and only if you have an HTML website), you will have to edit your .htaccess by adding the following

-------------------------

<IfModule mod_rewrite.c>

RewriteEngine On

RewriteCond %{HTTPS} !on

RewriteRule (.*) https://%{HTTP_HOST}%{REQUEST_URI}

</IfModule>

--------------------

If you have a WordPress website, simply choose "HTTPS" before your installation

How to connect to FTP?

Please use Core FTP software to use for FTP purpose. For your reference use the link to download the Core FTP Software
www.coreftp.com/download.html

Also find below the Video showing how to use the FTP software and use the Parameters to connect with your FTP client of your account.

Host: theprofithub.co
Port: 24
Protocol: SFTP
Username: Email id of FTP
Password: Password for FTP Email id

My WordPress gives "Link Expired" after installing a plugin.

Unfortunately, WordPress sets a 2MB limit on uploads (ridiculous) on every WP account. It's extremely easy to change that limit, simply check out this video here -https://drive.google.com/file/d/1kIcZqX-hbGpfF1MWvrfbzvI3e4e6Ckhr/view?usp=sharing

Which will solve all of your problem for you!
