What are the best browsers to use with ProfitMeet?
The best browsers to use with ProfitMeet, in order from best to most problematic are:
- FireFox
- Safari
- Opera
- Chrome
This is mainly because Chrome has a very hard time with video streaming and may at some points crash![/text_block]
“Can’t find the required devices”
It seems as if your browser can’t find or doesn’t have access to your Camera and your Microphone. Please make sure you have those enabled. If you’re on MAC, please make sure Safari or the browser you’re using has access to your Camera and Microphone:
System Preferences –> Security & Privacy –> Camera (turn on for your browser) –> Microphone (turn on for your browser) and you’ll be good to go!

If you do not have a camera, you can “trick” your browser into thinking you have one by download a FREE virtual camera like this one here – https://www.e2esoft.com/vcam/ or https://manycam.com . It’s a one-click installation that will permanently solve this issue for you!

“You’ve denied required permissions”
“You’ve denied required permissions” means that your browser does not have access to your camera and your microphone. If you’re on MAC, please follow the steps below to get those reactivated:
Safari –> Preferences (top left) –> Websites –> Camera (turn on for meet.heracle.net) –> Microphone (turn on for meet.heracle.net) and you’ll be good to go!

“Where’s my Commercial/Developers License?”
We don’t have a set Commercial/Developers license as we do not like to restrict our buyers (all of our products are and will be UNLIMITED). You have the commercial license and you can start selling ProfitMeet features as a service, or promote your own offer through ProfitMeet/any other type of profit you can think of using ProfitMeet!

“My meeting crashed!”
As specified in the first question, that would be because you started the meeting using Chrome. This ONLY happens when the HOST uses Chrome. Attendees can join from anything they want.
ProfitMeet uses a technology called WebRTC that Chrome doesn’t really like. As such, ProfitMeet might be laggy or even crash if the meeting is started with Chrome.
