What happened to theprofithost.com? I could not access my cpanel and my websites are have been down for hours.
My profithost pro is not working and I have been trying to get this fixed since like 2/3 weeks and nobody helping me calin! Why is that?
They are working on the server and they did finally reach out and reset my information and cannot wait to start my profit hosting.
How to fix the problem where people are not able to find there Siteworx panel etc. ” This will be very helpful to you.” search control panel and open ” Networking, Sharing Center ”
choose on left side for ” Change adapter settings” then open the ” Connection ” you are on by right clicking! goto properties, highlight internet protocol version 4 ( TCP / IPV4 ) and press
” PROPERTIES ” and use following DNS prefered DNS server address 1.1.1.1.1 and alternate DNS server 1.0.0.0.1, validate upon exit and press okay! ” FIXED.”
Hope this helps others ! Teck9worx
First of all, my IP settings has nothing to do with their server accessability. Secondly you gave BS dns IP addresses. even if they were valid, why would i need to use their dns server to see my site?
all of Profit host is Bullshit. I asked for a refund months ago and keep getting the same BS answer that the upgrade will be complete in a few days. Then they finally quit answering. Now their Tech support page isnt even a finished WP page. just a random theme they didnt even bother to put any time into.
i am starting to see a trend here and its not looking good? Is this profit host even legit?
Yes I have stopped using this and you are correct and moved on and also I see a pattern where they offer this unlimited lifetime hosting with different domains and never reply to the tickets etc. ” SCAM “
